Hi, I'm Mark!
I'm a UX Engineering manager at Red Hat with over 20 years experience in UX design, frontend development, web accessibility, and leading cross-functional teams.
I currently manage Red Hat's Design System team, a talented group of UX designers, engineers, and accessibility specialists responsible for designing, building, documenting, and maintaining our corporate design system, and enabling digital teams across Red Hat as well as Generative AI systems to create branded user experiences. Sometimes I write about UX, front-end development, and accessibility.
In my spare time, I coach youth soccer. I occasionally write about coaching and tactics too.
