Hi, I'm Mark!
I'm a UX Engineering manager at Red Hat with over 20 years experience in UX design, frontend development, web accessibility, and leading cross-functional teams.
I manage Red Hat's Design System team, made up of UX designers, engineers, and accessibility specialists responsible for our corporate design system. We enable digital teams and AI systems across Red Hat to create consistent, branded experiences. I'm also leading our team's efforts in AI-enabled UX tooling, including MCP server development and multi-agent orchestration for design system workflows.
Sometimes I write about UX, front-end development, and accessibility.
In my spare time, I coach youth soccer. I occasionally write about coaching and tactics too.
